Sir, 

Current supply to my house was disconnected on the morning of November 19, 2024 which could have been because of PWD work going on in my area and so I went to APDCL ZOO ROAD Branch (Japorigog, Guwahati) to complain about it to the SDE, APDCL (young BROJEN NEOG, if I remember his name correctly; he told me he had passed out from JEC: Jorhat Engineering College, Assam) who suggested that I also inform the GMC Ward Councillor representing Tarun Nagar area where I live and gave me the name and mobile phone number of GMC Ward Councillor ABHISHEK SHOME (photocopy enclosed) and accordingly I phoned the GMC Ward Councillor ABHISHEK SHOME (from the office chamber of the SDE, APDCL, BROJEN NEOG in his presence) about disconnection of electricity to my house and the GMC Ward Councillor ABHISHEK SHOME assured me over phone that he would take steps to restore electric supply to my house as early as possible. But there has been no current in my house since the morning of November 19, 2024 till today November 21, 2024.

[I sent all five letters by SPEED POST from Meghdoot Bhawan, the chief post office or GPO of GUWAHATI, on November 21, 2024, posting them at SPEED POST counter before noon (letters sent to metro cities of India by SPEED POST from Meghdoot Bhawan GPO, if posted at SPEED POST counter before noon, are delivered on the same day! - perhaps next day if a SPEED POST letter is addressed to an office in a metro city because the office may close before the letter can be delivered - my THREE letters sent to NEW DELHI probably reached the THREE important offices in the afternoon on November 21, 2024 or perhaps next morning on November 22, 2024; I paid Rs. 41.30 for each SPEED POST letter to New Delhi; SPEED POST letters sent to a LOCAL address (GUWAHATI) are delivered next day - my TWO letters - to Chief Secretary and DGP - must have been delivered on November 22, 2024; I paid Rs. 17.70 for each of these two SPEED POST letters; I paid Rs. 159 for all five SPEED POST letters. The movement and final delivery of letters and parcels sent by SPEED POST can be TRACKED ONLINE but I did not bother to check. Obviously, the matter went "FAST TRACK" - 60 m electric cable coil for Rs. 12000 @ Rs. 200 per m according to the PWD mohori (if report of My sp. can be relied on), who was present near the roadside drain when the PWD EXCAVATOR DAMAGED the UNDERGROUND cable from roadside APDCL POLE to my house, was bought by whoever was responsible and the 60 m electric cable coil was given to me by the PWD mohori on November 22, 2024 afternoon, and APDCL complaint van carrying APDCL electricians arrived in the evening (November 22, 2024) but it was quite dark, and APDCL complaint van (driven by a sedate-looking driver) with two young electricians carrying a tall bamboo stairs came again at about 10 AM TODAY - November 23, 2024 - and gave an OVERHEAD connection from roadside APDCL pole to My house. I paid a small fee for re-connection.]
